1. Definitions

• No Self-Exclusion: You must not be currently self-excluded from jp999 or any other gambling platform. If you have previously self-excluded, you may not register or use the platform until the exclusion period has expired.

4. Account Registration and Security

When registering for a jp999 account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested during the registration process. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. Identity Verification (KYC): jp999 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to government-issued identification (KTP, passport, driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. You must provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe. Failure to complete verification may result in account restrictions, including withdrawal limitations or account closure.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposits: jp999 accepts deposits through various payment methods, including Indonesian bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, BSI, OCBC NISP) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 unless otherwise stated. All deposits are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). You may only deposit funds from payment sources registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed according to jp999's standard procedures. You may only withdraw funds to payment methods registered in your own name and previously used for deposits. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method but typically range from 5 minutes to 24 hours for verified accounts. jp999 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing withdrawals, which may extend processing times.

Withdrawal Limits: Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. Maximum withdrawal limits may apply based on your account verification level and VIP tier status. jp999 reserves the right to split large withdrawal requests into multiple installments for security and operational reasons.

Fees: jp999 does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (bank or e-wallet) may apply their own transaction fees. You are responsible for any fees charged by third-party payment providers.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

jp999 may offer various bonuses, promotions, and rewards to players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. • Multiple Accounts: Creating or operating more than one account to circumvent deposit limits, wagering requirements, or promotional restrictions.

• Bonus Abuse: Systematic exploitation of bonuses and promotions, including coordinated betting across multiple accounts.

• Offensive Behavior: Harassing other players, using abusive language, or engaging in any conduct that disrupts the platform environment.

9. Limitation of Liability

jp999 provides its platform and Services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to maintain uninterrupted service and accurate information, we cannot guarantee that the platform will always be available, error-free, or free from technical issues. jp999 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Technical failures, server downtime, or platform malfunctions
• Unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain security

• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities

In no event shall jp999's total liability exceed the amount of funds held in your account at the time of the claim.

10. Account Termination and Suspension

Accounts with outstanding bonuses or wagering requirements may have restrictions on closure until requirements are met or bonuses are forfeited.

By jp999: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, including but not limited to violations of these Terms & Conditions, suspected fraud, bonus abuse, or prohibited activities. In cases of account termination for violations, jp999 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining account balance, including deposits, winnings, and bonuses.

Dormant Accounts: Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. Dormant accounts may be subject to administrative fees. jp999 will attempt to contact you before applying any fees to dormant accounts.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations and the laws applicable to online gambling operations. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or your use of the jp999 platform shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation between you and jp999.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, both parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
